# General Error Message
### Error code 502
This error is usually caused by an IP issue.
You need to check whether the IP you used has been whitelisted in [Customer Console](https://www.aiodds.com/monitoring).
You can check according to the steps: ACCESS -> IP Control.
### Error code 400
This error is usually due to an error in the front-end request parameters.
You can check the request header: Content-Type: application/json.
